Black Widow in Fallout 4? I have only played a little of FO4 so far, but from what I've seen, Charisma is the only thing that affects dialogue checks. So what about Black Widow? Are there actual dialogue options for that? Or does it do nothing except give you a charisma buff when talking to men? I have a dreadful feeling that it's the latter.

Simply put, there are more male NPCs in the game than female ones. So, I wouldn't say it's worth it, at least not a high priority must have perk.

I think we overlooked how great it's gonna be with voice acting. Suddenly the male MC can take on James Bond dialogue options and smooth talk anything in his path. And the female MC can speak in a breathy, sultry, and seductive tone. Even I've gotten used to skipping dialogue by mashing X or what not, but I think it'll change with Fallout 4.
